I recently got no mood for everything...i feel very tired and sian....And i realised its becos i didnt eat enough food.
okay i really must scold myself this time...How can i put my health and happiness at stake!!!!
I though if i ate lesser i'll get thinner abit. So, i limit myself to eat only 2 meals per day and as little as possible. I try not to eat when im not hungry. It's the stupidest thing to do. So ppl pls don be as silly like me. Thinking that eating lesser can slim down. Its WRONG.
Must EXERCISE!!!!!
I just asked my sister abt it and she told me its cos i dont eat tt's y i've got no energy and no mood for everything...Which is ruining my life!!! and i looked pale and tired. I've got dark circles and i even skipped school today cos im tired. Haha...
Ok!!! From today onwards im not going to make myself thinner anymore... i'll just have to do it the hard way- exercise regularly =( Must really have determination for that...Haha...
Actually looks are not everything..jus donno wad came over me these few days...i must be crazy...LoL...
So from now on im going to try to be as nice as possible and exercise more to keep fit !!!!
